Welcome to Olympus Awakened, a browser-based role-playing game operated by Titanbyte LLC. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Age Requirement
Olympus Awakened is intended for players 13 years of age or older.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the game.
Because the in-game chat may be unmonitored or unrestricted, players should use caution when communicating with others and avoid sharing personal information.
2. About the Game
Olympus Awakened is an online browser RPG designed for general entertainment. Game features may change, be updated, or be removed at any time as part of ongoing development.
Olympus Awakened is an original work inspired by Greek mythology and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any other similarly named books, games, films, or media.
3. Account Requirements
To access the game, you must register with:
- A valid email
- A chosen player name
- A password (stored only as a secure hash)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Player Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
- Use automation tools, bots, macros, exploits, or cheats
- Attempt to harm the game, servers, or other accounts
- Share illegal, harmful, hateful, or explicit content
- Attempt unauthorized access to admin systems or other users' accounts
We reserve the right to mute, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these rules.
5. Virtual Currency, Items & Payments
5.1 Virtual Currency
The game may offer virtual currency ("Silver"), premium items, or other digital goods. These items exist solely within the game and have no real-world monetary value. Virtual currency has no real-world value and is not redeemable or refundable. Virtual currency is non-transferable between users and may not be gifted or sent directly between accounts. Virtual currency may only be spent through in-game systems, including marketplaces operated by the game, to obtain virtual items, trigger encounters, or unlock gameplay features. All virtual currency represents a limited, revocable license granted by the game operator.
5.2 Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers or banking information.
5.3 ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS
All purchases of virtual currency, items, upgrades, and any other digital goods in Olympus Awakened are final and non-refundable.
Because digital items are delivered instantly, no refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or exchanges are provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Unused items
- Banned or suspended accounts
- Server downtime or maintenance
- Gameplay changes or balance updates
- Purchases made by someone else using your account or device
Any chargeback or dispute filed may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
6. Game Data, Loss & Availability
We work to maintain stable service, but we are not responsible for:
- Loss of items, currency, characters, or progress
- Downtime, outages, or interruptions
- Bugs, resets, or unexpected issues
You use the game at your own risk.

We may suspend or delete accounts at our discretion, including for violations, suspected abuse, or fraudulent activity.
